My Personal Testimony as Chance Bradford Trahan Regarding My Brother Channing Bradford Trahan
DISCLAIMER: This is my personal testimony as Chance Bradford Trahan, older brother of Channing Bradford Trahan (also known as Lucky Luciano) from Jennings, Louisiana. Everything below is based on what Channing has directly admitted or bragged to me and other family members, incidents I personally witnessed or reported to police, family communications including texts from his mother Lisa Briscoe, videos and evidence in my possession, and my own observations over many years. These are things I know to be true from direct experience with him. However, no murder charges have ever been filed against Channing, and law enforcement has not publicly linked him to any homicides including the unsolved Jeff Davis 8 / Jennings 8 cases. Some details involve my speculation based on his admissions, behavior patterns, the context of our community, and what I have witnessed. I am sharing this out of deep concern for public safety, my own safety, and the well-being of our family and community. Anyone with relevant information should contact the Jefferson Davis Parish Sheriff's Office or Louisiana State Police directly. I am willing to provide my evidence including texts, videos, and reports to proper authorities. This is my honest personal account. Reader descretion is advised

When Channing was a child, he would pride himself on being a satanist and brag to family members that he had chosen this path of life at such a young age. He would also utter to his family members about how he had killed a grown adult when he was just a child at the mere age of 8 years old, and fancied himself beating up other grown men whom he did not like the comments of that were made to belittle his young inflated ego. Channing committing murders at this impressionable age was brushed off as hear-say, until Channing found himself acting out some of his foretold odd–behavior in front of others which I personally witnessed and know to be consistent with his admissions.
Upon one occasion in the early 2000s, Channing mercilessly attacked someone during a late evening that was driving a pickup truck in a road rage incident that started when the truck exited a parking lot, and Channing started raging at the driver for no apparent reason, then encouraged others to get out of the car and help him attack the innocent man that didn't deserve, nor understood, what was even happening to him. When Channing and the driver exited their vehicles in the parking lot at 1320 Elton Rd in Jennings, Channing unleashed a barrage of wildly swung attacks on the unsuspecting driver. After the scuffle, both drivers got back into their vehicles and quickly drove away. This is consistent with the rage and impulsive behavior Channing has admitted to me directly.
Another incident had him asking a family member that he considered to be close to him if they ever wanted to be a contract killer, but reluctantly reneged to carry through with the initiation of his intentions when questioned about the attempt at recruitment to become a fellow serial killer. He asked me this directly as someone he considered close.

Then, there was the incident where Channing openly admitted to committing incest with family, and at times, would be openly gay with other men, even though he would vehemently deny it to your face. Channing would later claim that anything said of him being gay would only help him with sexual advances that he desired to make towards a woman who had heard the utterances of his homosexuality that he would later label as just rumors. These are admissions he made directly to me and family.
Channing has gone to prison and jail for years and served a long stint of time for crimes he committed that do not involve murder. This looms over the self-proclaimed satanist's head, yet no charges for murder have ever been convicted even though they had been raised against him. Channing skating murder charges is something I speculate is due in part to his ties with a law enforcement officer that has consistently been one of the main suspects at the center of the still unsolved Jennings 8 Murders investigation, Terrie Guillory, based on what Channing has said and the local patterns I know.
Terrie Guillory has also been the center of other investigations, but not outrightly named, even though it's pretty clear as to Terrie Guillory's association with the events that unfolded in the Parish of Jefferson Davis, and also the debauchery Terrie Guillory was alleged by the public of committing within the Jefferson Davis Parish's jail. Not to mention, that Terrie Guillory's closeness to the victims of the unsolved mystery of the Jeff Davis 8 Murders has left many puzzled, outraged, and seeking the justice and answers that their families clearly deserve, for many years now.
Channing's reputation in his home town of Jennings, Louisiana, would crumble on the daily the more that people would hear about, and some would ultimately witness, his shenanigans that would often involve self-serving theft and murder. Most of his murders would stem from news that someone was about to receive a settlement payout, which was a regular occurrance in the area that he lives in, due to offshore rig workers who were somehow hurt on the job and currently engaged in a lawsuit. Based on what Channing admitted to me and the patterns I witnessed, I speculate that this was a recurring method he and those around him used.
Equipped with drug–fueled grandeur illusions of self-worth, Channing would often keep a tight-knit community loosely revolved around him to help serve out his diabolical plans, and also just to suit his ego. The company that Channing would keep, that others reportedly referred to as a satanic cult, would be deeply involved in his operations of murder and theft according to what he described to me and what I observed. The group would patiently wait for the settlement to strike, and while they would wait, they would keep their target for murder close to them, so that there would be no question about the when and where of the settlement to be received, and how they would access it before/after committing the murder. During this transition of events, there would be a plethora of drugs being passed around, smoked, and shot up, while simultaneously brainwashing their victim into trusting them mostly through methods of isolation and friendship. These are details from his admissions and my direct knowledge of the group and activities.
It seemed that Channing was no stranger to murdering someone if that's what he wanted to do, and he is also no stranger to admitting that's what he does, and is tempted to do any time that he is off his meds, which he calls his "okie doke medicine." When he is off his meds, he has wild mood swings that range anywhere from nervous, anxious, anticipant, impulsive, obsessive, angry, rage, abusive, and still shows these signs even though he is on his meds. He has admitted these things directly to me.

Lisa (Briscoe), Mother of alleged murderer extraordinaire, Channing Bradford Trahan, has been immensely woven into the fabric of Channing's secret life that he's gone extreme lengths to keep hidden from the public for decades. She's been known to curse through text messages to express her disdain for anyone who stands in the way of Channing and his twisted way of life. In their hometown of Jennings, Louisiana, people have often confused the brothers, Channing and Chance, mistaking one for the other, especially due to Channing admitting to stealing Chance's identity, and Government Issued Identification Cards, and using them to assume Chance's good record and identity in order to not be picked up on any outstanding warrants or charges that may be looming from Channing's sordid dark and mysterious past. He admitted this identity theft directly to me.
Channing has even gone out of his way to lie to his brother, Chance, by committing Stolen Valor, claiming to have served 2 tours in the American Military, while he was in the process of stealing Chance's wallet that contained his Personal Identification, and then was later caught trying to have Chance Bradford Trahan's backup identification stolen from him as well. The incident was later reported to both the Lake Charles Police, and the Jeff Davis Parish Police, which has actively gone nowhere, for years.

"Channing has always had problems controlling himself, and to learn that he is what he is, it's no surprise based on his rocky past," says Channing's older brother, Chance Trahan.
Channing Bradford Trahan's (Alias: Lucky Luciano) last known residency was located in Lake Charles, Louisiana, where more murders happened, foul play was suspected, but in the media, Law Enforcement reassured the public and insisted that there were no dangers after–the–fact, yet, the person(s) who would be (an) immediate suspect(s) still roamed free. Based on what I know from his admissions and patterns, this does not make sense to me.

(OCT/17/24 - 1:38AM CST)Update: Added clarifications to the names, more information, and more photos to document the supporting evidence of the allegations being made. Revised as personal testimony with additional context on arrests and time served.
Update Note - April 2026: I have updated this article to present it clearly as my personal testimony as Chance Bradford Trahan, Channing’s older brother. I kept every detail from the original post exactly as I originally wrote it, including all images, videos, captions, and links. The revisions add protective framing based on my direct knowledge, admissions Channing made to me, incidents I witnessed, and my own observations, while incorporating additional context on his documented arrests and long periods of incarceration. This is still the full story I needed to tell. I am sharing it for accountability and public safety.
Additional Note on Criminal History from My Knowledge: Channing has gone to prison and jail for years and served a long stint of time for various non-murder crimes including theft-related offenses and other charges consistent with his admitted behavior.
These align with the pattern he has described to me.Publicly documented arrests include:
September 2025: Arrested and released on citation for unauthorized entry / remaining in places after being forbidden and resisting an officer.
April 2022: (Jeff Davis Parish Sheriff's Office) — Battery of a dating partner with strangulation (felony-level domestic violence). He was booked into the parish jail after a disturbance at 6335 Litteral Road in Jennings. A complainant had to put him in a headlock to stop him from choking his girlfriend.
October 2019: battery on emergency room personnel in Jennings(felony when committed against hospital staff).
2014: unauthorized use of a movable in St. Martin Parish (related to property/theft issues).
I urge authorities to investigate these matters fully.
